A lot of you have already received your NP Now magazines. Stitching Games was the brain child of Karen Hallman and the first run started January 2013. I did enter the games as you may remember, but I dropped out and did not make it past March. Stitching Games is off and running again this year with over 34 participants (this was the last count). It is wonderful to see all the different canvases entered and will be even more thrilling to see them come to life. If you have a canvas in your stash that you can see ten different areas to stitch then come and join in. It really is fun and there are prizes!!

This canvas has been in my stash for a long time, probably 13 years, if not longer. I just love Pegge Hopper’s work, it is a very tranquil canvas. Maggie has had several of her pieces painted. I will be checking in Thursday to post the first Band Sampler. To start with you will need a piece of canvas 12×20 and stretcher bars.
