Aloha All,
I want to wish a Happy Hanukkah to all our stitchers and hope they are enjoying their celebration which begins today. I have learned a little about their celebration while doing my question research. It is a great learning process for me as well.
“The Festival of Lights, an eight-day celebration, marks the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem in the second century B.C.E. during the Maccabean revolt against oppressive Greek rulers.”
This was something that I never knew before.
“Now we have to Congratulate Mary Powell on winning the December 4th Advent Christmas present. She is so excited that she is thinking about getting a matching fob and magnet from Mag Friends. If I had a magnet I would send it to her

Then we also have to congratulate Bonnie Keating on winning the December 6th advent. Good job Bonnie, you managed to enter a few times

Today’s Stitch, is the Staggered Cross. This stitch would be fun if you alternated beads with the small cross stitches. Just another idea for you.

That’s all for today folks, have a wonderful day and I will be back tomorrow.
